Harrogate and District Junior Football League was founded in 1982 by Cliff Trotter in response to a lack of footballing opportunities for children in the local area. Initially, the league consisted of only 6 clubs and its membership has grown to 34 local clubs today, making it one of the largest leagues in the north of England. The league has even been recognised by the FA as a chartered standard league.
About Us

The league consists of a number of elected committee members whose areas of responsibility include welfare and safeguarding, referees and registrations, as well as divisional secretaries for each age group.
The Harrogate and District Junior Football League is affiliated to the West Riding County Football Association.
We are always keen to support local clubs, players and referees. Our committee members can be contacted via the Our League page.
